Anneka Herre is a curator, artist, and art educator. She serves as the Program Director of Urban Video Project (UVP), a program of Light Work in partnership with Syracuse University, the Everson Museum of Art, and Onondaga County. UVP is an outdoor architectural projection program dedicated to the public presentation of film, video and moving image arts. Using a large venue projector and a permanently installed all-weather sound system, UVP’s outdoor architectural projection venue on the north façade of the iconic Everson Museum transforms the public plaza into a massive video installation every Thursday through Saturday night all year round.

She also teaches part-time in the Transmedia Department of the College of Visual and Performing Arts at Syracuse University.
